Others are true but not relevant enough. Others are vague (false on some interpretations but true on others) but never a good reason for switch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These reasons are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/trinities.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/number-605342_640.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43270\" width=\"489\" height=\"248\" srcset=\"https:\/\/trinities.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/number-605342_640.jpg 640w, https:\/\/trinities.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/number-605342_640-450x229.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 489px) 100vw, 489px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>&#8220;The Trinity&#8221; is <strong>incoherent <\/strong>(i.e. self-contradictory).<\/li><li>Trinitarians simply confuse together Jesus and God.<\/li><li>&#8220;The Trinity&#8221; amounts to <strong>three gods<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Unitarian Christian theology is the only Christian way to be <strong>monotheistic<\/strong>.<\/li><li>The Trinity was <strong>invented at Nicea<\/strong> &#8211; or at least at one of those councils.<\/li><li>Trinitarians have always been vicious persecutors.<\/li><li>&#8220;The Trinity&#8221; has <strong>pagan roots<\/strong>.<\/li><li>The New Testament&nbsp; is Hebraic, not Hellenistic. But you need Hellenistic terminology to even state &#8220;the doctrine of the Trinity.&#8221;<\/li><li>Jesus did not teach &#8220;the Trinity.&#8221;<\/li><li><strong>The word &#8220;Trinity&#8221; <\/strong>is not in the Bible.<\/li><li>Trinity theories are confusing.<\/li><li>Most Christians in officially trinitarian groups are confused about what &#8220;the Trinity&#8221; amounts to and are afraid to look into the matter.<\/li><li>The most learned trinitarians disagree with one another about what &#8220;the doctrine of the Trinity&#8221; is.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I explain in detail why in my view each of these is a bad reason for switching.
